Court of Appeal Confirms Sale of Product Under the Name VODKAT Amounts to Passing Off

Following the Decision of the High Court in Diageo v Intercontinental Brands, the Court of Appeal has now confirmed that the sale of an alcoholic product under the name VODKAT amounts to "passing off" which makers of genuine vodka are entitled to prevent.
