UKIPO Prohibits Swiss Style Medical Claims With Immediate Effect

UK Intellectual Property Office prohibits "Swiss style" medical claims as lacking clarity with immediate effect. Following G2/08, only second medical use claims in the form "substance X for use in the treatment of disease Y" will be allowed.
