CTM Official Fee Reduction
We are pleased to advise clients that OHIM have announced a 40% reduction in their official fees, to take effect from 1 May 2009.
- Official fees for registration will be abolished
- The basic application fee for a CTM will be 900 Euros
- The savings will apply to all new applications filed from 1 May 2009
- Pending applications not yet registered as at 1 May 2009 will not be subject to a registration fee
