Unified Patent Court registered representation
D Young & Co is looking forward to the commencement of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) later this year. As European patent attorneys, we will be able to act before the UPC and we are currently in the process of registering our attorneys with the court.
We’re delighted to announce that partner Robbie Berryman is the first of our attorneys to become a fully registered representative before the UPC.
We’re looking forward to using our extensive contentious experience gained at the European Patent Office (EPO) and Board of Appeal to act for our clients in any revocation and infringement actions before the UPC.
