Anna trained at an international law firm and joined the Dispute Resolution & Legal Group in 2011.

Anna works with a variety of UK and international clients across a number of sectors including: entertainment, leisure and fashion, FMCG, luxury goods, finance and gaming and provides contentious and strategic advice in relation to a wide range of IP matters including trade marks and passing off, copyright and designs. Anna has advised in relation to opposition and cancellation proceedings before the EUIPO, the UKIPO, the General Court and the Court of Justice of the EU as well as in relation to litigation in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (formerly the Patents County Court) and High Court.

Anna is also experienced at handling domain name disputes (including filing Nominet, UDRP and INDRP complaints) and anti-counterfeiting matters on behalf of clients, including filing and coordinating national and pan-EU customs applications and liaising with customs authorities and other law enforcement bodies to seize counterfeit goods.
