Oscar Webb

My practice covers both contentious and non-contentious aspects of all types of soft IP. I provide strategic advice to clients in relation to the protection and enforcement of IP rights, with a focus on brand protection, anti-piracy and anti-counterfeiting and trade mark, copyright and design right disputes.
I am an experienced litigator in IP matters having represented clients in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, the High Court, Court of Appeal, Competition Appeal Tribunal and Supreme Court. I also advise on other disputes such as domain name complaints, company name complaints, ASA complaints, fraudulent websites with a particular interest in disputes involving the intersection of IP and competition/anti-trust. I have extensive experience in advising clients in the technology, media, leisure, retail and fashion sectors.
