Rechtsanwältin Munich
Profile of Jacqueline Feigl

I enjoy helping clients to navigate the fast-paced intellectual property landscape and to unlock the potential of their IP rights by providing strategic advice and representation in contentious matters. I appreciate the opportunity my work brings to engage in a wide range of industries in an international environment.

I handle proceedings before the DPMA (German Patent and Trade Mark Office), the Federal German Patent Court, all German civil courts, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the General Court in Luxemburg.

Before joining D Young & Co in 2024, I worked for an international law firm in Berlin where I advised clients in all aspects of intellectual property and commercial law. Prior to my admission to the German bar in 2020 I gained valuable experience at a number of renowned national and international law firms, as well as in in-house legal departments. During my studies in Berlin and in San Francisco, I specialised in intellectual property law.

My mother tongue is German and I am fluent in English.
