Working in the trademark and design teams, my role focuses on the filing of national and international trade marks as well as assisting with UK common law clearance searches prior to filing in order to identify any potential conflicts. I also assist with the recordal of assignments before the UKIPO and the updating of UK and EU official registers.

I first joined D Young & Co in 2018 in the IP support services department and then joined the trade mark paralegal team as a trade mark and design administrator in 2019.
