Thatchers’ infringement claim against Aldi in relation to a lookalike cloudy lemon cider has failed.
Thatchers is the owner of UK trade mark no. 3489711 in relation to the image shown below left (the mark), which reflects the label of its cloudy lemon cider that was launched in early 2020.
