Promotions & appointments
Today we are celebrating the expertise and dedication of our legal professionals with a number of senior promotions in our UK and German offices.
We are delighted to announce that Rechtanwältin Yvonne Stone has been promoted to partner in D Young & Co’s Munich-based trade mark team. In the UK, European Patent Attorney Andrew Cockerell has been promoted to partner in the firm’s electronics, engineering & IT team.
Yvonne and Andrew bring considerable experience to their respective practice areas, and their promotions will undoubtedly contribute to the ongoing success of the D Young & Co partnership.
Yvonne is joined in trade mark team by Solicitor Olivia Oxton, promoted to Senior Associate, Chartered Trade Mark Attorney Abigail Macklin, promoted to Associate, and Laurie Ford, who is now a Legal Manager. Olivia, Abigail and Laurie are based at the firm’s London office.
We are also pleased to announce that European and Chartered Patent Attorneys Emma Hamilton and David Al-Khalili have been appointed Senior Associates and that Khalil Davis, Samuel Smith and Simon Schofield have been promoted to the position of Associate Patent Attorneys. Emma, Khalil and Samuel are members of our biotechnology, chemistry and pharmaceuticals team, whilst David and Simon are members of our electronics, engineering and IT team.
