With over 10 years of experience in IP Bénédicte has a special interest and expertise in telecommunications, computer networks and computer-implemented inventions, especially in handling unpatentable subject matter objections. Bénédicte brings invaluable in-house experience to the D Young & Co patent group, having worked in-house with Orange and Vodafone where she advised on third party’s infringement claims (in particular regarding standard essential patents - SEPs), licensing, IPR contractual clauses, inventor rights and IPR strategy.

Bénédicte is a returning member of the D Young & Co IP team having previously worked with the firm from 2009 to 2017. She returns to D Young & Co as a partner, bringing with her over two year’s experience working in industry as an in-house patent attorney at Vodafone.
