Sarah Brooks

I am an experienced trade mark attorney specialising in trade mark clearance, portfolio management, prosecution and contentious matters. I particularly enjoy being involved in the launch and evolution of brands and the international aspect of my practice. I also enjoy advising clients in relation to contentious proceedings before the UKIPO and internationally.

I joined D Young & Co in March 2023, with ten years of experience working at two leading city law firms.

I work with clients ranging from starts-ups, to multinational corporations in various sectors, including, music and entertainment, retail, financial services, pharmaceuticals, veterinary, beauty and personal care products and household products.

I am experienced at representing clients in contentious proceedings before the UKIPO and EUIPO. I also have experience at negotiating and advising on complex settlement and co-existence arrangements covering multiple jurisdictions.
