UKIPO: fee increases effective 01 April 2026

The UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) has announced an increase in its fees for the first time since 2018 for patents, 2016 for designs, and 1998 for trade marks. Subject to parliamentary approval, these changes are due to come into effect from April 2026.
