EPO patent official fee increases - as of 01 April 2016
The European Patent Office (EPO) has recently announced increases to many of its official fees for patent services to come into effect from 01 April 2016.
Not all fees are increasing and where they are, compared with past rises, the increases are relatively small (2% maximum).
The new fees apply for payments made after 01 April 2016 and not the due date of the fee.
