You will be working within our Intellectual Property Support Services department, providing administrative support to the Patent Support Services team.

What you will enjoy

  • Processing incoming correspondence and saving accurately to the document management system
  • Updating the firms IP portfolio management system to record details of IP cases
  • Notifying colleagues when correspondence has been received
  • Diarising key dates and ensuring renewals are actioned
  • Maintaining accurate records for all patent applications
  • Producing high quality written communication, including correspondence to clients

What you will need

  • Strong administration experience
  • Proven record keeping skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a methodical manner, ensuring that all deadlines are met
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
