IP Support Services Administrator
You will be working within our Intellectual Property Support Services department, providing administrative support to the Patent Support Services team.
What you will enjoy
- Processing incoming correspondence and saving accurately to the document management system
- Updating the firms IP portfolio management system to record details of IP cases
- Notifying colleagues when correspondence has been received
- Diarising key dates and ensuring renewals are actioned
- Maintaining accurate records for all patent applications
- Producing high quality written communication, including correspondence to clients
What you will need
- Strong administration experience
- Proven record keeping skills and meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to work in a methodical manner, ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
