As a HR Administrator you will be working with the HR team to deliver a first class HR service to the firm.

What you will enjoy

  • Administering HR processes for new starters, leavers and changes to contracts
  • Maintaining and updating individual employee records and the HR system
  • Managing the HR inbox and answering general queries
  • Running weekly and ad hoc reports from the HR system
  • Administering benefits to employees
  • Providing administrative support for recruitment, internships and careers fairs

What you will need

  • Demonstrable experience in an administrative role or experience in a HR department is desirable
  • Excellent MS office skills, with a sound working knowledge of Excel
  • Attention to detail and a conscientious approach
  • Proven organistion skills with the ability to prioritise and thrive in an evolving environment
  • A flair for working in a team, focussed on providing a commercially centred service
