You will be working within our Intellectual Property Support Services department, providing administrative support to the trade mark team.

What you will enjoy

  • Scanning incoming correspondence and saving accurately to the document management system
  • Notifying colleagues when correspondence has been received
  • Filing applications for the initial registration and subsequent renewal of trade marks
  • Diarising key dates and ensuring renewals are actioned
  • Maintaining accurate records for all trade marks
  • Producing high quality written communication, including correspondence to clients

What you will need

  • Administrative experience, ideally within trade marks
  • Meticulous record keeping skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
