Practice & Professional Experience

Scott joined D Young & Co in 2011. He provides assistance to the Dispute Resolution & Legal Group in relation to a variety of contentious intellectual property matters, including trade mark infringements and passing off actions, domain name disputes and opposition proceedings. In addition, other areas of Scott’s work require him to conduct detailed points of legal research in order to provide the accurate and comprehensive service which clients have come to expect from the firm.
