Professional Experience

Vivienne began her career in trade marks at the International Trade Mark Association (INTA), in New York, as assistant to the Executive Director. There she was responsible for the organisation and administration of a number of INTA projects - such as the Symposium on the future of Trade Mark Law: Trade Marks in 2017, held in Cannes; and the first Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition organised by the Brand Names Education Foundation (BNEF).

With over 15 years experience in private practice, Vivienne has worked for a range of clients including individuals, SMEs and multinationals in various sectors - most recently with an emphasis on fashion, media, communications and entertainment.
