Experienced in providing advice on patent issues to both commercial and scientific audiences, devising strategies appropriate for individual projects and identifying and maximising patent opportunities within projects. Previous licensing experience involving full evaluation of third party patent portfolios, negotiation of patent license and research agreements and drafting relevant sections of such agreements. Has presented to a variety of audiences on specific patent issues as well as on general aspects of intellectual property law.
