D Young & Co Announced CIPD People Management Award Finalist 2011
The partners of D Young & Co LLP are pleased to announce that D Young & Co has been selected as a finalist in the 2011 Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) People Management awards. These awards are recognised globally as being the leading and most coveted Human Resources (HR) awards within the UK, which acknowledge outstanding achievement in HR, people management and development and the contribution that HR makes to business success.
Led by our HR Manager, Jennifer Mead, the D Young & Co HR team entered the award category of ‘Building HR Capability’ for the first time this year. This award recognises organisations that show a firm commitment to ensuring that HR has the skills needed to play a vital role in enhancing business performance, both now and in the future. We are proud to have a dedicated HR team that is committed to developing capabilities, improving service and adding value to the business. Down to the last six finalists and up against some tough competition, such as Burberry, Amey and Estee Lauder, we wish our team the best of luck on the 11 October 2011 when the award winners will be announced.
