MIPExpertGuidesLogo D Young & Co Attorneys Named Leading UK Patent and Trade Mark Law Practitioners, April 2009

Charles Harding, Neil Nachshen, Penny Nicholls and Jeremy Pennant have been highlighed in the Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) Expert Guides Publications.

Charles Harding and Neil Nachshen feature as leading UK patent attorneys in the 'MIP Expert Guide to the Leading Patent Law Practitioners' 2009.

Penny Nicholls and Jeremy Pennant feature as leading UK trade mark attorneys in the 'MIP Expert Guide to the Leading Trade Mark Law Practitioners' 2009.

The MIP Expert Guides cover all the key practice areas of business law, undertaking continuous research to identify only the best individuals in more than 25 practice areas and over 60 jurisdictions worldwide.

Expert Guides Methodology: An in-depth study of experts in the various fields of law being examined is commissioned. The initial stage of the research process involves distributing more than 3500 questionnaires to senior practitioners or in-house counsel involved in the practice area in some 60 jurisdictions. The questionnaire asks leading figures to nominate lawyers they consider being among the most capable for that work. The results are analyzed and screened for firm, network and alliance bias. From this data a preliminary list is compiled of those individuals who have been independently nominated by other senior practitioners or in-house counsel. As a final verification this list is discussed with a select group of advisers. For further information please visit the MIP Expert Guides website: http://www.expertguides.com
